Here is a quick guide showing you how easy it is to advertise your second hand camera equipment on secondhandcamera.co.uk.
First of all, a quick mention that our membership is FREE, so it does not cost anything to register for an account, and it does not cost anything to create an advert. If you have lots of gear to sell, then you can create one advert, or you can create multiple.
So, let's get started. A quick guide to get your advert online (it is very simple),
1) Register for a Free Account
To do this, click the Register link above. The registration screen asks for a few basic details. Please note, that we do not share, lease, sell, give away, your personal information. We hate spam and unsolicited emails as much as you. We just use the registration information to help us administer and maintain our website.

2) After you have registered
We will send you an email with a verification code in it and a Link. Just click on the link and login and this will complete your membership registration.
3) Create an Advert
The next thing to do is to create an advert for your second hand camera equipment. To start, visit the Classifieds page. In the top right corner, below the menu you will see a link "Add New Item" which will take you to the Classified Form.

4) Complete the Advert Form
The last thing to do is to complete the Advert Form:

As you can see the form is quite straight forward. It captures the essential information about the kit you are selling. We believe that it is very important to add one or two photos of the kit you are selling. To do this, just click on the "Select Images" button, and upload the photos. They will then be displayed along with the other details.
5) Wait for Advert Approval
We approve each advert. This is because some people try to misuse our system and try to sell all sorts of things! We always try to approve your advert within 24 hours.
6) Advert Approved
After your advert has been approved, it will then be visible on the front page and on our Classifieds page. If a prospect is interested in your gear, then they can send you a message with their details, for you to contact them and make the deal. Please note, we do not play any part in this process and have no responsibiliy for the transaction itself. We always advise that you follow safe practises when selling equipment via the web. There is plenty of information on the web about selling online in a safe way, so if you are unsure, please do a search on google for more information on this.
